Wade Brower is a co-founder and co-owner of IP Pathways (www.ippathways.com) in Des Moines, IA. A graduate of Briar Cliff University in Sioux City (B.A. Business Administration), Wade moved to Des Moines in 2000.

Over his IT career, he has been active in various sales, sales leadership and channel management capacities with companies such as MCIWorldcom, Rhythms NetConnections and LightEdge Solutions (formerly Lighthouse Communications). Most recently, Wade was the Director of Sales and Sales Operations for LightEdge Solutions in Des Moines, IA.

Wade co-founded IP Pathways in November of 2007 with Joe Shields and Jim Strong (both also formerly of LightEdge Solutions). IP Pathways provides IT advice and support to businesses throughout the Midwest, specializing on data storage and protection, virtualization, systems architecture and disaster recovery planning. IP Pathways has experienced tremendous success, producing over $2million in revenues in its first year.

Wade has two children, Brenden (16) and Mikaela (14), who live just west of Overland Park, KS. Brenden is very active in football, track and debate while Mikaela is active in music, youth groups and fashion. Known as a tireless networker, Wade is quite active in the Des Moines community. He is a graduate of the 2005/2006 Greater Des Moines Leadership Institute Class (GDMLI), a current member of Brinks and the Affinity Breakfast Clubs, a past member of the 20/30 Society and the Greater Des Moines Business Exchange. Wade is also active in a variety of local charitable organizations.
