Class of 2010

Cynde Cronin joined Merit Resources in the spring of 1999 as a Sales Consultant. Under her leadership more than 50 companies with over 1000 work-site employees have been added to the client and co-employee base of Merit Resources. Within the last year Cynde was promoted to Director of Business Development and continued to provide leadership within the Sales Team.

Cynde holds an AA Degree from Des Moines Area Community College in Industrial Management and Marketing. She currently serves on the college’s Sales and Marketing Department board where she has been instrumental in developing innovative programs for the college. She is also a past board member of Iowa Society of Association Executives and past chairwoman for the Des Moines Partnership Membership drive.

Prior to joining Merit Resources, Cynde was a Sales Representative at the Savery Hotel in downtown Des Moines.

Cynde is extremely active in the Adel community where she resides. For recreation she enjoys gardening, cooking and sending time with her new granddaughter, Payton.
