Brian Abeling
Class of 2011
Brian oversees planning and implementation of technology for the West Des Moines Community School District (WDMCS). For the last two years, WDMCS has been ranked in the Top 10 digital schools survey conducted by the Center for Digital Education.
Prior to West Des Moines, Brian served as the director of technology for Pekin School District 108 in Illinois where they were saluted by the National School Board Association for exemplary technology achievement.
Brian received his bachelor's degree from the University of Northern Iowa in 1993 and his master's degree from the University of Illinois in 2000.
