Class of 2011

I have lived in Iowa since 1980 but became very active in the business community after purchasing Primary Source in 1997. I have since been dedicated to growing the business and achieving the status of one of the premier promotional products & business gift providers in central Iowa.

Primary Source is active in several chambers - WDM, Clive, Urbandale & the DSM Partnership and I have held leadership & committee member positions including Past President of the Clive Chamber. We are also a proud member of the BBB.

I participate in National Assoc. of Women Business Owners and WDM American Business Women's Assoc. where I am past-president and served on various committees. Other groups within which I am involved are Women of Worth, Christian Business Networking and Summit Executive Women.

I provide basic networking skills seminars to various business groups and also have been a mentor to several business women.

I am a passionate supporter, partner & volunteer to ChildServe, Girl Scouts & my church. I love being able to donate products to so many great non-profit organizations such as Shriners, Chrysalis, ARL, Pet Project, American Cancer Society, local schools, chambers & churches.

I attribute my hard work ethic to my German immigrant mother & military father. They are constant inspiration to always keep going.

My leisure activities are golfing, fishing & scrapbooking & the many DSM area events!
