Naura Heiman Godar

Naura Heiman Godar is a Project Architect with StruXture Architects in West Des Moines. StruXture provides architectural and interior design services for everything from commercial to large scale residential (and everything in between) as well as site and campus planning. StruXture has specialized in educational work for over 75 years. She has been with the firm since 2008.
Naura received a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Iowa State. Naura serves on the board of Preservation Iowa, working to preserve Iowa's historic resources. She also on the Community Board for the American Diabetes Association Central Iowa chapter, and is active in the West Des Moines Rotary club and with Iowa Citizen's for Community Improvement. She was selected as a member of the Business Record’s Forty under 40 class for 2012.
Naura, her husband Ben and son Henry live in Beaverdale. Ben is a writer and filmmaker and adjunct professor of English at DMACC.
