I am the Operating Partner at Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar. Being a partner in my company has been the ultimate compliment to me as a leader. My daily job is to ensure guest satisfaction and deliver an incomparable product which communicates excellence and hospitality. Outside of my daily tasks, community development is my heartbeat. I believe in the "power of one" and the power of a community to impact and reach the unthinkable. I have always had a deep passion grounded in wholesome values that I think West Des Moines shares....it's why I moved my family here in 2010. I am excited to be a part of the community as it grows and know I can make a difference.
As a business owner in this community, I believe I have a responsibility to play an active role in the growth of the West Des Moines area. I see that role being played out as I continue to build partnerships in the community with charitable organizations such as the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and through active roles such as a member of the West Des Moines Leadership Academy. I truly believe as humans we are designed to give back – it is where we will all find the most joy. I look forward to looking back in years to come and seeing the fruit of leadership in my life through the relationships I build daily.
