Bio: Brody Thomas sold insurance to bars and restaurants for over 10 years when an opportunity presented itself for him to purchase Paradise Italian Grill. Brody has always enjoyed cooking so he jumped at the chance to do something else that he loved and that is how Paradise Italian Grill began!
