Chef Johan Larsson
Bio: Trained and worked in some of America's finest restaurants such as L2O, Frasca Food and Wine, Charlie Trotter's, Tru and Flagstaff House Restaurant . Educated at the Culinary School of Rockies. His love for the Midwest brought him back to Central Iowa where he has worked for Trostel's Greenbriar and now as Django's Executive Chef. Johan's love of quality ingredients is evident in the brasserie-style menu and daily features he creates with expert precision.
