Chef Leo Woo
Bio: Leo Woo was born in Malaysia and lived there until 1997 . It was then he had the opportunity to travel to New York to learn the many sides to the art of Sushi from his uncle . After a visit to Iowa , very impressed by the quality and freshness of Waterfront’s seafood he chose to move here . Since 1997 he has enjoyed preparing Sushi to his many loyal customers and teaching the art to his devoted employees and many of his customers during his frequent Sunday Sushi classes.
