Jed Hoffman
Bio: Jed is 2004 Graduate of the Iowa Culinary Institute. After graduation, he moved to Minneapolis, MN and spent three years working in farm-to-table local kitchens. He returned to the Des Moines area to take the helm at Torroco! Italian Grill. After a stint in the Full Court Press organization, he came to Trostel's Dish, where he has been Chef for two and a half years.
