Bio: I was living the dream; I was a United States Marine. While overseas on deployment I was injured. After two years of battling my injuries I lost my military career when I was honourably discharged. I found myself in a situation where I was lost and had no clue what I was going to do. Then one night I met the most amazing woman, Juana. I have her to thank for everything. She pulled me out of a fog and helped me see the light. With her guidance and support I realized my passion for cooking. I graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School and started on my new journey. After working in several restaurants we moved to Iowa. Being frustrated by the restaurant industry I decided I was going to push my passion to the wayside. I started driving a school bus, yet I felt a void and incompleteness in my life. With driving home one night I saw a pizza place and decided to stop in and order. When I walked in I found the establishment was closed and the owner was there waiting for the perspective buyers to arrive. Halfway back to my car, I had a strong feeling to go back inside. I gave the owner my phone number and asked if he could call me in case the deal fell through. Much to my sup rise, he called and here we are today. We offer traditional Mexican with a fusion of Italian and are committed to serving one the freshest of foods. My wife and I would like to thank you for visiting and I hope that you enjoy your meal.
