Dominic Iannarelli - Bio : After graduating from ISU with a degree in Hotel Restaurant Management, I stayed in the area and worked at several Des Moines restaurants. In 2003 I took the executive chef position at Splash Seafood. In 2008 Bruce Gerleman and I opened Jethro’s BBQ with rave reviews and since have had added two more Jethro’s locations.

Todd Lindberg - Bio : After graduating from the CIA in 2005, I spent time traveling and opening Italian restaurants across the Midwest and east coast. I then met Dom in 2010 where I worked at Splash. In 2011 I was given the opportunity to be part of the opening team for Jethro's n Jambalaya in Waukee, where I am currently the executive chef.
